Road crashes kill three, injure four

Three people were killed and four others injured in separate road accidents across the country yesterday.
Our staff correspondent reports, a man died after a bus of Utshob Paribahan hit him at Doyaganj intersection in the capital, said Dhaka Medical College morgue sources.
The victim is Sirajul Islam, 52, a security guard.
Our Pabna correspondent adds, a person was killed and four others injured as a truck rammed an auto-rickshaw carrying them at Biralkuthi of Sirajganj Sadar upazila.
The deceased was Md Sitratul Islam, 22, a student of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology. Three of the injured were admitted to Sirajganj Sadar Hospital while the other only needed first aid.
Chittagong correspondent reports, Nizam Uddin, 37, member of Banshbaria Union Parishad of Satkhira, died after a bus rammed his motorbike in Banshbaria area in the upazila.
